Carved from the savage frontier, the Moonlands are a refuge of humanity in an ancient, brutal land. At the heart of the Moonlands is the great city of Silverymoon where our High Lady holds court. It is a peaceful city of knowledge and art, known throughout the realms for its great libraries and schools of learning. It is the Gem of the North in more ways then one, but perhaps because it shines so brightly, the Moonlands have attracted more than its fair share of enemies. Many are those who would like to plunder Silverymoon’s riches and take advantage of her generosity. Only the truely foolish however mistake our peaceable nature for lack of will to defend and protect our home. I can not say I know what sort you be, but know this: despite our generous nature nothing here is ever taken for free. But enough of my ramblings, I'm sure my dire warnings are as welcome as a Zhentish spy.

Many are the tales and rumors of our fair land, but never doubt that the Moonlands do indeed hold the power to make all your wishes come true. Many people of all races, beliefs and professions find their way to this land in search of wealth, glory or possibly just a new beginning. This is trulely the land of opportunity and whether your goals lead to good or evil there are many others here who will choose to stand by your side or oppose you to the death.
